i was told i had hyperparathyroidism 4 years ago, and i had the guilty one removed last year, did not realise how far reaching the symptoms could be.

over the last few years, my health has been in decline, not terminal but as i get 1 problem looked at another problem arises, but the old problems wont go away, i also suffer from the worst illness, very low self esteem.

in 2001 my dad was diagnosed with lung cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy it went into remmission tho doctors said it could never be cured,it has now come back and he also now has cancer of the tongue, and is bed ridden,my dad always seemed indestructable, i am finding it immpossible to accept that this is it.
