Happy Monday!

..

Well.....it's starting to get cold up here. Right now it's 34 and yesterday at this time, it was 30. Soon it'll be snowing. It feels good to be back on DS. I'm not on weekends because I like to spend all my time with Margaret. Today I have a doctors appt. ( 9am ) and then I'm going to shoot up into the mountains for a quick hike. Oh......I guess you guys don't know.....my climbing days have come to an end. Yup, it was just a matter of time. Both knee's are shot! For some reason, my doctor doesn't want to operate on them. He gave me Synvisc injections instead. It works pretty good, but I just can't climb anymore. Waaaa!  haha....That's OK, I can still hike and I do have all my climbs on CD's to watch.

As the weeks pass, I'll try and get to read all of your journals and see how you all are. I hope everyone is well.

   I could not believe my eyes when I saw your comment that your were back. I thought you had wondered out into the woods and a bear had gotten you or you had gotten lost for good. I am so thankful you are okay. Sorry about your knees but I think we each have limitations we have to accept as the "golden years" arrive!
