My new dr didn't call me until Thursday about the surgery. He had talked to my GP on Wednesday and I guess they had a very long conversation about me and decided to schedule the surgery and tell me when, instead of asking LOL. Surgery is this coming Wednesday, I guess I have a very VERY serious problem. Good thing I'm free on Wednesday - like I have anywhere I have to be. He says that he will keep me a day or two in the hospital - I'm pushing for two, just give me drugs and let me sleep, lol.
We are going to ask the neighbors to walk Ashley home on the days I'm in the hospital and keep her till Kristen gets home from work. Bob has interviews (looking for a job is a full time job LOL). He is still waiting to hear from a couple of good possibilities but one of them was put on hold because of business problems. There is a rumor that the recession is coming to a close but apparently nobody got that memo here in Chicago because things are still tough for a lot of people.
I'm having tummy trouble so I'm going to sign off for now. Hope everyone has a great weekend, Happy Halloween my friends and BOO to you!

Sometimes it's better to get the word on a op without much notice, as it gives you less time to be worried or scared. I do hope everything goes well for Wednesday Poppet, widh your tum better too and hope Bob gets a fab job so very very soon.
