I hope all goes well with your case worker. Fishing sounds fun, I've not been fishing since I was a little girl. I love bbq's too although here its way too cold to even think about that!! This week I'm hoping to have my kitchen and bathroom finished so I can be rid of the workmen and start on cleaning up the house xxx

Close Self-Injury
I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder in my early teens but recently that diagnosis has been changed to Borderline Personality Disorder and Post traumatic stress disorder. It is all new to me so I would love to chat with others who have similar symptoms as myselfs. I have been through some hard times and would like to find others who have come out the other side of this madness.
Treatments
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- using group therapy at the moment going really well enjoy the meditation we use
- Outpatient Treatment Program Too Soon to Tell
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- I have found a therapist that i get along with so it helps
- Red Marker Too Soon to Tell
- sometimes the red marker works but other times its not enough
- Rubber Bands Not Working
- flick myself way too much and way too hard and end up with marks not a good strategy for me
- Squeezing Ice Working / Worked
- find this works best sometime i use it along side the red marker and it makes the marker run like real blood
- Talking Working / Worked
- best way to get my emotions out, have had trouble in the past but am doing much better with it
- Tattoos Working / Worked
- I love the feeling of a tattoo being done I have many tattoos and plan to get lots more :)

Type: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)Hi my name is Belinda I am 31y.o and was just diagnosed with BPD. I have had a couple of other opinions by doctors about what mental illness I have. Its finally great to be able to give what I have a name as the unknown can be hard and even harder to treat. I would love to join the group and maybe get to know some of members and just chat about similar situations that I and them are going through.
