  Thanks for the well-wishes! Happy Saturday night! The thing is, the directions on the cough suppressants, say to call a doctor if your symptoms persist for longer than 10 days. So that's that. I'm glad you all enjoyed a nice nature walk! The cats were watching the squirrel in the yard today, hee hee, that squirrel was teasing the cats :) Yeah there's a lot of football excitement for tomorrow. We can hope for a good outcome, in the playoffs and superbowl. The Vikings have never won, so that would be nice to have a victory. I've never seen Paranormal state but I will check it out on On Demand :) I've been catching up on episodes I missed, especially of Medium. You're such a sweet friend! I'm glad we can celebrate together :) I can't wait to kick 2009 to the curb and ring in a better 2010! Yay! I hope you're all enjoying a nice birthday celebration. Lots of warm hugs XXOO

  good afternoon sweet chris that's nice Kayla and Taylynn are playing in the living room right on you had fun at the birthday party and you mom, dad went for a nice car ride into city and the city has decorated for the holidays That's coolthe city put a huge Christmas tree right in the center of our city and that was 2 cool seeing people in canoes in water near the marina and you saw some swans swimming that's right on I went to walmart and got some sugar in the raw glad you had a super day there sure are lots of new movies coming out the snow never melting away say hi to everyone

  Hi my sweet Chris....... I loved your baking Friday journal! I hope you all are having a nice time today having the pizza party for Kayla's dad and I hope Kayla is feeling much better today.   Love the turkey cake, and the fudge looks delish! Everything is quiet here. still issues with the water. Having a well company come out later today to look at it. Hope it won't be too expensive but... my plumber friend is still hoping the filterw will work and it seems like there is some improvement but I think it may be more than just filtering. I think I am getting too much sediment and silt, soil, into the wter either from the bottom of the well or possiblly from something feeding into the well. If it is just the well pump pulling up stuff from the bottom then they can pull it up some and stop it from doing it. I am hoping that is what is going on. If not, then it could be the hydrofracking was not done correctly and he eneded up blasting a water vein too high in the well and it is putting dirt into the well water and iron from the red rock ledge just below ground level. I am hoping it is the level of the pump needing to be raised alittle. That is the easiest and cheapest problem to fix. anyway, I should have more of an idea what is going on with the water. My plumber thinks I should wait longer before doing anything other than the filtering, but I want a well company's opinion. I am NOT using the well company that did the hydrofracking, I didn't think he was very interested in anything other than getting his money and walking away. I am using one that my daughter's brother-in-law uses and recommended as being good and honest.
  I am hoping that the weather is okay for Thanksgiving, they keep talking about a possible storm later in the day and into Friday. I am planning to go to the Cape and have dinner with my son and his family and don't want to have to drive back in a snowstorm. So, I sure hope it stays warm. It is sunny here now, but was gloomy much earlier. Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer than normal and sunny, too, I think. I wish winter could stay this way right through till April! Life is quiet and better now for me, the animals are happier and I am sleeping more than I have in a long, long time. I feel better, less stress even with all the water issues looming. Smiles, I am glad I got a decent life back. Peace and serenity are very important to me, and now I am getting to where I need to be in that department.

  LOL...I just fed them another coffee cup full of seed. I have a big Wagners Wild Bird Food container that I keep refilling with seed..it makes a really good container with a snap top lid...I just keep the coffee cup inside as a scoop. The birds sometimes eat a whole cup in one day :-) I am just gonna do a little bit of housework today..not much....not feeling very energetic today...LOL....gonna just take er easy and rest. I hope your Birthday party goes great for Lisa's boyfriend....have lots of good times and memories in the making!!! It is toasty warm in the house today...brrrrr...it was really cold when I went out to feed the birds....good thing mother nature provides them with their feathers for warmth...hee hee...well, have a great day today!!!!!

  Good Morning Bro Chris! The sun isn't peeking out beyond the high fog this morning yet...looks like it is cloudy but it is just a thin layer of fog...it should burn off pretty soon I hope :-) The birds have just now come to eat...sparows are here now,...the kind with a stripe on their heads....they are so precious and cute!! I need to go feed them some more birdseed. Be right back......lol
