      CVS is a test done on the fetus, generally at 11-12 weeks. It is preformed through the vagina or through the abomen, depending on the position of the baby insde the womb. And the needle that is inserted take some cells from the placenta, and they are tested for chromosomal abnormalities. There is a risk of about 1 in 360 for misscarriage, and if done prior to 11weeks some babies are born with misssing fingers or toes.

      Oh hi there :) It is good to hear from you Nicole. I'm sorry to hear that Joseph left and won't be back until xmas. Being alone at this time can't be a great feeling. I'm sure glad you are enjoying your son - aren't they amazing? Don't you just love it when they laugh? This is such an amazing time - they learn so much. Does it ever feel like you just put your head down and you hear him crying again in the middle of the night? I remember that so well. Are you selling your home for any particular reason? Well of course it is for a reason but I thought you liked it where you are....You sound a little lonely and I'm sorry to hear that. Let's talk more? I'm always up for sharing if you want to.
