Your gym sounds really cool Blue... I really wish my gym was like this..it's reasonably new and i suppose it's not had time to get that "family" feeling just yet. I really could do with a gym buddy though,somebody knowledgeable who could pass on advice...I love to learn and although I look on the internet and in magazines for tips and advice I cant help but think at times i could be doing things better. I enjoy going to the gym more in the mornings...it's not to busy and much more relaxed.. I dont like hanging about with my routines and one of my pet hates is people leaving weights out instead of putting them back..Last week i had to put every single weight back on the racks...lol. I really cant imagine a life without exercise now,I'm pretty hooked right now and just feel so alive and full of energy...I also think my body shape is so much better now... I'm even wearing tight T shirts again !!! lol. Thanks for being my friend on here Blue...You are fantastic ((((((Hugs)))))))

just out of interest Blue....I have noticed so many young women in the gym who would be classed as under weight... I mean really severe...Do you see alot of this in your gym ? I know society puts great pressure on how people look,but i find it really sad to see people depriving themselves of nutrients..the long term effects are also a worry.

Yeah I fully understand the diet part..when i raced mtb and on the road..i could never get enough calories inside me....The only reason we put the weight on is because we dont burn off what we put in. I will never let myself go again..it's been really hard work but highly enjoyable... You talk so much sense Blue,can tell you really know your stuff when it comes to diet and exercise...glad i found you on here

wow 15lb in a month is pretty drastic...My diets pretty good right now..chicken and fish..with lots of vegies...I only drink water and green tea these days...After the holidays when i have more or less lost most of my weight i will be looking to bulk up more..have been looking at whey protein powders...so many to choose from though,,so will have to be careful....lmao @ woofstock...that sounds so cool,,must be a great day out. Hey Blue...How ya feeling today..hope the rehab with the knee is going well. I had a great workout today with free weights...mainly super sets...really wish i'd taken a picture of myself back in November...I need new clothes...lol. Have a great weekend and stay safe Blue (((((((Hugs)))))))

I exercise for all the health bennies, not wt control. Came into tx on the slim side. Too nauseas to eat anything! Just have to take this time for the tx to work & get better. Whatever I can get down & stay down is a good thing. Its all temporary, will get better. Miss my classes.
