    Hey Blue ((((((((((Hugs)))))))))) Hows the knee feeling after the Op? Really pleased you got it done sooner rather than later...Marvelous what they can do with key hole surgery isn't it. I know recovery times are so much better... Did the surgeon have a good look around the knee with the camera? I took two spin and pump classes and a body pump last week...Shoulders slightly better,I have bought myself some resistance bands and found some good exercises for rotator cuff injuries..Think the stretching is helping too. Again I'm really stoked to know you have got the OP out of the way,so now you can focus on getting some strength back in the knee and hopefully getting back to normal...     Hey Blue..Hows things with you ? Hows the knee been and what kind of workouts have you done this week? My shoulders still sore,but funnily enough I'm only getting problems when i'm curling with the bar in spin and pump classes...Not heavy weights,but plenty of sets which soon tire the biceps out...I have another class tomorrow so should know more about the state of my shoulder afterwards..I dont mind a little discomfort,just dont want to be making the injury any worse at the moment..I have some shoulder exercises to do which will help me to keep the joint supple and also strengthen it... Let me know how you are going on with the waiting game concerning the knee,i know we can be very inpatient when it comes to injuries, i worry about losing strength and conditioning after working so hard to get fit...suppose i'm just going to have to knuckle down and put up with it and make sure i keep active as possible until it heals...tgc blue (((((((((((Hugs))))))))))))

    I feel a little foolish for not listening to my body blue...both my shoulders are sore but the left one is causing me the most discomfort..hopefully it will settle down with rest,massage and ibuprofin. I can understand the frustration you feel currently but think you continuing with spin is a good thing,just take it easier with the intense stuff,especially out of the saddle stuff...Like you said in the goal setting post...our routes to our goals may get blocked so we just have to find a different route in order to get where we want to go.. Tgc blue and keep in touch :-)

    Hey there Blue...How you feeling? Hope the knee is getting stronger and your keeping busy at the gym. I've had to back off with free weights after i hurt my shoulder.. Going to 3 spin and pump classes a week and cycling to work and I'm loving it. Tgc my friend x

    Hello Blue..Just off to the gym for some cardio intervals..upper body a little sore after yesterdays weight session...If you have any tips you want to pass on i would be very grateful Blue...Somebody told me to try this...ie..weights one day followed by cardio the next day with one days rest,then back to weights,then cardio the following day...I'm just struggling to lose the fat thats left around my gut area. Do hope you are well Blue, and that knee is getting better each hour of every day..peace,love and workouts (((((((Hugs)))))))))

    Hey Blue thanks for the advice about returning weights..I'll try that out....but not on the big guys..lol. We have lots of classes and so far i've tried the spin and pump and body balance classes. I hope to try other classes..these are - Bodyvive,bodystep,bodycombat,bodypump,circuit training,aerosculpt,group running,yoga and relaxation therapy.
