Journal Entry for October 6, 2007 Mood
Saturday, October 6, 2007
My Dad was DX with stomach cancer back in March. He had stents put in his kidneys. He started LDN 3/28.

Two weeks ago they removed the kidney stents.

I just finished talking to him a few minutes ago after the Dbacks game. He sounds so happy (sometimes I wonder who he is), told me he got his refill for LDN and just got his CT scan results. The report said the cancer isn't gone, but it is now A LOT SMALLER. The docs are real impressed.

LDN? Chemo? Combination? Whatever.

Great news for an 83 yr old, and he sounds so happy. So different than the dad I knew since my mom died in 2004. He even tells me he loves me every time we talk. Never used to do that before April.

The LDN Conference is coming up soon, too (10/20). I'm sure there will be some good stories there too.

Well, had to share!
