  Gee - it sounds really bad - just don't finish up like me (walking stick & all - due to spinal accident, & hereditary & untreated scoliosis.) - It just got so bad 5 years ago: before that I was coping well, & even had the occasional dance! Since you have Private Ins., get the best diagnosis possible - work form there, Fond regards, JaneD. (PS - did you read the post here - seems DS has been sold to a for Prrofit company. Announcement on yahoo finaance site: Not a word from "Doug" & his crowd. I feel bad about this - they could at least have been upfront about it.   Thanks for the info...I used the Icy Hot too at times, Along with my heating pad, and the vibrating pad I have....Good Luck relax and get well soon, let me know how you do...Love U....

  Hi Larry, Sorry to hear about that back, but you know you have not been resting much and have been so on the go....Did the Chiro say to come back again.....Please rest, do you have muscle relaxer pills for that....I use baclofen for the spasms I get....No moving around today.....relax......Sending positive Energy to Surround you and get you up and moving quickly...Love and Hugs....Lee Ann
