Both are stable and doing well. I'm stable and dealing with it all a whole lot better than before 4/2003.

Hey Larry, Where have all the rock lobsters gone?(TV Headlines!) Am amaxed that you are not already on calcium & Vit.D - I was put on same at menopause (I cannot tolerate cows' milk. Now I take it with Vit.D added - & it's on the Nat. Pharma scheme (meaning $5.30 for Pensioner like me) My Doc. put me on added D, when I was in bed for a month due to migraines. That wasn't on the NPS, but def. worth it. DO take same. The latest Research Results here were using Vit.D as a treatment, no preventative - I dunno the dosage, but incidence of relapse was halved in the 127 MS people. Full scale trials (I've no idea where they are going to find the people - there are half million in this State: people I mean, not MS only. Hope your spine has improved - it's a swine of a pain that one! Fond regards, JaneD.

Close Restless Legs Syndrome
I've had RLS through the years. When I was a kid I used to call them "anxiety attacks", couldn't keep them still. Didn't really know what it was called til just before getting rid of it. Severe fatigue still gives some RLS twinges but not too bad.
