Hi everyone. I've decided to taper myself off the meds and try to go on with just exercise and good nutrition. So far so good. I can feel overwhelmed at times and anxious during situations that well do cause anxiety like when times are busy and the kids are all running around in circles and it is real noisy and we have lots to do before a new day begins and I am tired. But with God's help and a lot of prayer I am making it and behaving more nicely than when i was on the meds so maybe i am cured! I will take it one day at a time and see how it goes....TTYL

Hey. So I am doing OK but have had some anxiety but am managing. Need to exercise more and beleive that will really help. Eating healthy really makes a big difference. Smoothies are great you get fruit, yogurt, and vitamins all in one drink. Prayer helps I do this early in the morning each day and believe I am surrounded all day with protection...
