  hi. how are you guys. still playing with your wii. i finally got to play with one. the sports tennis and bowling are fun. We still having not bought one.. waiting for the price to come down a little.. i am such a tight wad. grins.

  I know, I struggle with that sort of thing in my mind. It actually leads to a lot of my anxiety and whatnot. It sucks that the good people like us are made to struggle. God Bless.

  Well, I acquired my brain injury in a city park (government property) in a very dangerous area, where there should have been a fence, so there is the liability right there. As for the SS thing, the reason that I can't collect, is because my girlfriend and I are common-law now. After just 6 months of living together, here in Canada, you are considered common-law with a significant other. It sucks, because now, according to the government, because she makes good money, she is completely financially responsible for me. I think that is bullshit (pardon the language), but that's the way it is. I have talked to my lawyer about that and he said to watch out because the government will let you apply, start giving you SS benefits and then nail you for welfare fraud a year or two later, even though they allowed the whole thing to happen. I HATE the government up here.

  I know what you are talking about with the government making it so hard to get anything from them. I have talked to my lawyer about it and he told me that I could apply, but I am not supposed to. The government here is so screwed up that they will let you apply and start collecting disability support even if you aren't eligible, then nail you for wefare fraud a year or two down the road. I hate the government. It is there fault that I became disabled as well.
