Hi y'all!
Ok so, I am really scared today... I seem not to be able to swim very well. I have to swim! Is what I do... each morning I swim for a good hour. and then again most evenings.. If i cant do that I will be so upset with myself. Perhaps its just today. I hope so. I just felt exhausted after like 10 lengths. I normally bust out like 80 or 90 in a good session so to be tired at 10... WHAT!
s like i couldnt stay afloat in the water either, i was struggling to tread water and just float for gods SAKE! Nothing makes you feel more like a whale, i can assure you , than when the water wont even hold you up! I am so mad at me, whats going on... AND my legs arms and shoulders were burning more than usual and i was sturggling with my breathing and timing... it was just all wrong tonight! Great.
I know this sounds pathetic and there are heaps of other exercisies that i can do and do do, but sure i like my spinning and running cycling and cross trainers etc but my swimming, well i dunno its kinda special to me... oh man... I dont like it.
Anyways, I hope this finds you all well and smiling... we had a beautiful sunny day here today, I was inside for most of it working but i popped out each time i could. Tomorrow is busy for me, I am on an early at work so in for 7am then working right thru till 11 pm as going straight from Starbucks to the arts venue I also work at.... missing rehearsal tomorrow... eeeek...
Roll on wed... mind you, that's just as busy too... sheesh... i hope i can kep up with myself...

You are scaring me, girlie. Please don't push yourself. What if something is wrong with your heart. Call me paranoid but ED, being exhausted and troubled breathing spells heart attack for me.
Of course it could also mean that you are just coming down with something else like a cold. But I would feel a lot better if you got it checked out why you are feeling so weak. Only decaf for you today,missy. And take it a little easy. You are working too much. What are you doing at the art venue?

I think that you are having a hard time b/c you are not intaking enough nourishment to work out.. your body is telling you something.. you need to prob either stop the workout or boost up your intake on food.. I know this is hard .. but believe me it only gets worse.

you need to eat, you body is telling you that it needs fuel for it to run the way you want it too....try a ensure or boost [not sure what they call it there] something so that your body can work for you....you need to eat ok?? i know its not what you want to hear, but tough love right....and i know im not telling you anything you dont already know....try to take care of yourself ok??? i worry about you....thinking of you, lots of love..jann

i don't float very well if i float at all. i never have. like others have said, if you're not eating enough, that can really tear your system down.

hey hun! give yaself a break! i was the same yday! cudnt get the motivation to run on treadmill so just walked and today of all things 4gt my running shorst so just went on bike and rower and did weights! same sorta thing i took a break from the running and running is special to me too! but u just gta give yaself tht break sumtimes or u do become bored and fed up with it! or change ya wrkout a bit! mix it up so its more interesting! :)

Honey, fat floats. You've probably got so little fat on you that you find yourself sinking. And as for exhaustion, you need some fuel to make the fire. Please take care of yourself.
