      I am a married with one 4 year old son. I have a great job and love life. This whole thing has brought perspective but now I live in fear of those bi-annual checkups (I'm only 6 weeks post-op so I have a ways to go yet).

      Thank you for your hug, we are now 3 days away from surgery and all the hugs, prayers and well wishes, have been a Godsend to me, i just wish that i could share this with Tim right now, he's the one thats going thru it all...I hope all is going well with you, your husband and family, please know that i am here for you too, we have to all stick togeather, this is what it's all about sharing our day to day lives...       Thanks for your message. I'm so glad to have been given this website as a resource from my doctor. It's so scary, and I've needed to be able to talk to people who understand what I'm going through. I guess even though it's been 6 weeks since my surgery, I'm still in shock and trying to process all that has happened. I guess it'll take awhile. In the meantime, I appreciate your support, and I'll try to return the favor.
