I am feeling bruised and wounded, and a step away from panic attacks. Very jumpy and trembling. Back to not being able to fall asleep. Numb myself with TV. The TV helps with having voices around.
I got outside for 2 hours yesterday evening. It helped, and I know I need to do it more.






Hang on to the rock, my friend, hang on and then reach out to someone.
Hope you feel better soon and wish I could be there to help. Bit hard to do so from here though. Sigh

Why don't you try drinking some milk and reading until you start falling asleep. I hear milk helps your body wind down.
