I am feeling bruised and wounded, and a step away from panic attacks. Very jumpy and trembling. Back to not being able to fall asleep. Numb myself with TV. The TV helps with having voices around.

I got outside for 2 hours yesterday evening. It helped, and I know I need to do it more.

Wow, this was a steep slide into deep depression, but I could see the markers and thought it might happen and then BOOM! It has me in its grips.

Really happened fast, and I always withdrawl totally while it hits.

Why is it we can give love and help, but when so desparete ourselves, can't seek it out? I knew it would help to come here. I could not dorce myself to do it tho.
