My neurologist diagnosed me today with yet another disorder, DRD. This is Dopamine Responsive Dystonia and has been disguised as Parkinson’s all this time. The DBS that I have will not take care of this. So I have a new med, Artane and am just a little sleepy. No magic remedies for this one unless I have 2 more implants into a different part of the brain. That is not happening, for a long while.
