Since the new stresses in my life, (my father is getting divorced and has moved to closer to me and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, my daughter is going off to college 1500 miles away), I spend far less time taking care of myself.   I can't get to sleep until 4:00 am most days, eating is random, my meds are inconsistent and I feel sometimes I have very little emotional support even though I do.  My walking has definitely worsened and the sinemet seems ineffective most of the time.   Enough whining.  I know what I need to do.   I just have to work out my priorities, as soon as we take my daughter to college this week.
