After months of recovery and although I am still limited, I feel able to do just about anything. I am back in yoga twice a week, swimming almost daily and doing lots of pushups and simple weight lifting. After our five day trip in Utah; Bryce canyon, Zion then the Grand Canyon north rim, I feel so confident. And my right side DBS was off apparently by the Glen Canyon dam(n) security check.
