Have noticed that I do grind my teeth often. Is it just a nervous thing? A stress thing?
Open Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Don't know if I am or not, but seem to see a couple symptoms. I count alot of things, especially steps when I walk, and certain things have, have to be in certain ways. Alot of stuff doesn;t matter though, so I don;t know if I am jumping at shadows or not.....
