Open Depression - Teen

I believe I have a mood disorder. I fluctuate between normal and depressed moods with two complete cycles a month. I am here to get support for the depression part of the cycle as well as help those who have depression. =]

I started cutting two years ago, but I stopped. Sometimes I do it when I am really upset, but I feel really ashamed. I am here to help anyone who needs it and find support for myself when I need it too. Feel free to talk to me anytime.

Squeezing Ice Somewhat Helpful

It worked a little but not really. I find it more helpful to throw the ice. It lets out anger and doesn't break anything. ;)

people keep saying to talk to people, and i do try, but it doesn't help hardly at all.

This is very good in the first few weeks of use, however after a while it didn't work for me. It is definitely worth a try, thought. So if you have any questions about it Id be glad to answer them for you.

I got the gardasil vaccine on 5/19/09 and passed out and had a little seizure. I also had a possible psychotic episode within eight hours. I am wondering if I should take it again and am coming here looking for advice.

Open Pet Bereavement

My 19-year old cat is dying of liver cancer. I am 18-years old so I have had her my whole life. Whenever I am sad I always pick her up and hold her. I don't know what I am going to do without her here.
