Hello, I have always had trouble controlling my weight and then an out-of-control low thyroid caused me to gain 60 pounds in only two years! :( (sniff)! Now I am trying to lose about 100 pounds to get healthier and look more like I used to. It just so overwhelming, though. I just started Nutrisystem, but it is harder than I expected.

My 58 year old mother was just diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. She had a hysterectomy within a week of being diagnosed. Of course, I am worried about her; however, her doctors say it was caught very early. Just looking for more information, including anything my sister and I can do to guard ourselves.
