Generally getting better. All the numbers are looking positive. A1C from 11.5 to below 7 in just over 6 months.

This update for the holiday season brings yet another year were the holidays so far are in the toilet. Let's put it this way, family estrangement is so much fun at Xmas! Next year I am going to the South Pole for the holidays,
