I was diagnosed with IBS around 1990 - Had terrible trouble with it until 2-years ago when I did Weight Watchers,lost 30lbs and ate better/drank more water. Now my IBS is very minimal. My 7 year old daughter has been diagnosed with IBS My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease (xmas '06)
Diagonsed with Lyme disease in July '06 -- never knew I was bitten. No bullseye rash, etc. until I got so very sick.
My 10-year old was diagnosed with Crohn's Christmas '06 (she was 9 at the time). Still working on trying to get her to remission.
My brother (40) was just diagnosed with nodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (NMZ), stage two (I believe as it's not above his diaphram).
My beloved Norwegian Elkhound, Jasmine, passed away this past Saturday (7/5/08). She was 15-years old and my very first "baby". I miss her terribly. Everywhere I expect to see her she is no longer there.
