One Day at a Time, I am off my meds for the last three (now 5) months as of 7/12/2008 ... whats working ... positive thoughts, prayer, staying busy, lots of fresh air and sunshine and my great friends. Staying busy and working on me!

My pets, outdoors, camping, fishing. I love the beach but prefer long weekends there in stead of a hour or so backing and unpacking is too short of a day.
