Im going through so much!Cant afford shrink right now,so I guess this is my only source of relief!Thank God for this site!I believe there are no coincidents!I believe in Karma as well.I just havent figured out what I did to get Fibro and all my other probs.I have to remain positive!I WILL MAKE IT THROUGH THIS!!!!!!I use to work in MED-ICU,CCU ,etc in health care field and I ALWAYS KNOW AND KEEP IN MIND THAT THINGS COULD ALWAYS BE WORSE!!!I have been going through pysical therapy and not seeing much improvement.The doc suggested heated pool would help.Guess what because of economy that place is trying to save money on their bills and that pool is toooooo cold.It was making me worse!Everyone was complaining.No body was doing anything about it!!Mean while they are raping our wallets and insurance companys!So now they moved me to floor exercises!Im nervous about this,dnt want more flare -ups!

          Anyway the other day p-therapist gave evaluation on me to see how if im improving.I felt very down,cuz it was a reminder of just how bad I am!She asked me to take left hand and touch right ear.I was completely stuck!I couldnt do it! very scary!She said oh its prob meds.I know its not that! I have weaned my self off meds and switched to natropathic stuff.I always feel like their is something underlining this fibro!!!

         U know Im just gonna get through this!!!I have to keep reading and watching only positive stuff!Listen to lots of music!Pray!!!!!Take steps to get better and stop worring about all the other problems in my house hold.Stay around only positive people!Educate myself!Knowledge is Power!!!!!!!I have faith in myself.I have survived many traumas.It seems with the world is going these days ,all we have is our faith in our selves not the Gov!So lets do this!There is no other option!!!!Feel better everyone!!
