I am so happy to have this opportunity to heal myself, I would like to learn as much from this experience, and share what I feel as time goes bye. I feel so positive now that I take time to rest and say to myself, my mind, body, &, spirit are strong over and over when crappy thoughts try to slip in my inner dialog, sometimes I must add emotionally strong to my mantra.

Anti-Anxiety. it works great for me 15mg 3 aday

Calcium Working / Worked

Dietary Supplement, Magnesum helps with calsium absorbtion, Zinc helps fight common cold.

Clonazepam Working / Worked

Im afraid this PRN med 0.5mg is starting to give me bad side effects. such as beginning to depend more and more, so im tapering off. again!!

Dexedrine Working / Worked

helps keep me on track, prevents my mind and personal items from scattering 15 mg. 2 am 2 pm.

Drinking Water Working / Worked

I recently over did the water thing, so now I approach the half our weight in oz. carefully. not guzzling litres like sips.

Milk Thistle Working / Worked

I swear by it for me. no sides as long as i take it daily.

Pegylated Interferon Working / Worked

makes day to day life rough to cope sometimes, for me its worth it if it works.

Potassium Working / Worked

Dangerous side effects if not monotored, 10mg 4 aday. must cut out sport drinks.

Prozac Working / Worked

for severe depression, and pain. last time I quit taking it I became silently suicidal and resigned from a real good, well paying job, 1 month short of being fully vested in my 401 k. 20mg 4 aday

Ribavarin Working / Worked

its for healing purposes only, slows me down, so i can heal,forces me to sit still, and try to eat healthy.

SAM-e Considering

my regular home town, Doc says Prozac or Sam-e. not both same time. Sam-e cost was out of pocket.
