mother in law just had stroke. need some answers please. she is still in hospital,3rd day. being put in continued care tomorrow. brain still swollen

mi,cabgx3 at age 37, 1994. several angios and stents, clinical trials, carotid stent. haven't worked since 5/95. 50 yr old now, doing finemarried w/ 2 kids

1st one was scary but all others,12 total no problems (some were for clinical trials)

Aspirin Working / Worked

Bypass Surgery (Coronary) Working / Worked

on bypass machine too long, slow surgeon,should have done 4

Imdur Working / Worked

works well,get headaches sometimes

Lipitor Working / Worked

insurance switched me to crestor 1/08,seems ok except lipitor was awesome for triglycerides

Plavix Working / Worked

too expensive,now just use it for 5 momths following procedure

Stents Working / Worked

work good. 1 carotid stent. was more painful procedure than coronary stents
