feelin pretty shitty, and the thought of me having to go to work....even shittier. i feel so sick...i haven't eaten solid foods in about 2 days. just slim fast. it feels impossible for me to eat. im just so depressed rite now. it seems that every relationship keeps deteoriating. im young, but almost want to have nothing to do with guys. period. ever.

Is this sick feeling actual sick as in a cold type sick, or is it a relationship sick that just makes you feel uneasy? If it is actual cold sick I would contact your doctor because the slimfast diet stuff may not provide enough vitamins and minerals your body needs. Ifit is relationship sick you need to retrain your mind to think positively and let the negative thoughts that build upon themselves go and not to worry about them. Counseling may be something to look into.
