recently i was thrown from a moving truck...i have2 skull fractures...i am living with my mom and have lost my independence...i have severe headaches every day...
Treatments
- Speech Therapy Working / Worked
- the therapy i've had has been good...convincing my mom i'm okay is different
Close Meth Addiction & Recovery
i'm cyndi,and i'm addicted to crystal meth.i've been addicted for over ten years...on may 12th i had guts enough to say no to meth ,and my ex boyfriend didn't agree and threw me from the truck as we went down the road giving me a TBI since i was blocking him from his true love..i will be clean for 6 months come nov.13th..if i make it...i'm having a really hard time keeping myself from going and getting high...i could use some friends who can relate..thanks
Treatments
- Detox Somewhat Helpful
- well, i spent time in the hospital and got clean,but wanted to go get high when 1st released
- Narcotics Anonymous (NA) Somewhat Helpful
- i find going to the na meetings do help me somewhat, but my cravings are out the roof most of the time.
- Symmetrel Not Working
- can't tell that this drug does anything to help me,i take 100mg twice a day, but i'm not sure why...no known side effects except maybe fatigue
