Medical-type update: I went to the doctor yesterday... He poked and prodded and took a sample to be sure I didn't have a kidney infection (nope) and said he felt a roughly baseball-sized mass in my abdomen, and had a fever of about 100.5 F.  I'm to continue taking doxycycline, the bottle I've got plus another refill, for two more weeks at which point I go back...  For $100 a pop I need this guy to be efficient, I can't keep going back... I don't have income.  I don't hurt like the initial attack but my stomach feels.. bad.  I laid down on my stomach briefly to play with the cat and it was like I was laying on a brick.  I've been eating soft stuff for a couple days now, mashed potatos mostly, but I'm starting to not be able to go to the bathroom again (yuck, sorry, TMI), and feeling bad... So I have to stop eating again, clear liquids only.  This sucks all around. :/
