Hope by now your pool is up and you are cooling off. I would imagine that it gets pretty hot during your summer. Where I live we have four seasons but more warm weather than cold. I grew up further north in New York City and I don't miss the really long and cold winters.
This evening I had a fellow teacher and neighbor for dinner. I rarely have guests and it was nice to not eat alone.
