Hi my name is Stephanie. I have major depression, Panic disorder, OCD and hypochondria. I have been taking lexapro for two years but now that appears to be failing..The depression is back, worse then ever.. The hypochondria has also kicked back in...I have to wait two weeks to see my shrink..My family Doctor has just increased my lexapro dose..I feel sick and bombed out..I have to work and dont know how I will cope with the hours. I am exhausted all the time.

I love reading autobiographies..I love doing bead work..I also love movies especially anything starring my fav actor Edward Norton..I love Youtube and myspace..But more importantly I love my four beautiful children who give me a reason to keep breathing.

I was diagnosed with major depression in April 2006. I tried to deal with it and my anxiety disorders without taking any medication. In May this year things took a drastic turn for the worse. I knew then that I would have to try some medication. I now take 10mg of Lexapro daily which has helped me alot.

Hi I'm Stephanie from Australia..Since starting my antidepressant medication I find that I keep craving junk food..I have gained two extra kilo's..Not much I know but it's depressing the hell out of me..I need to find the willpower to stop eating the wrong foods, chocolate in particular..I really need encouragement here guy's..I eat more when I'm anxious or stressed or depressed..

- I only eat main meals that would fit onto a small bread and butter sized plate..It does work if I dont pig out on choc in between meals..GRRR!

- I do 20 to 30 mins a day of physical exercise..Walking is especially good.

My husband and I are seperated. We have been struggling for 6 years and have tried to make things work. We now know that being apart is the best way..
