i am having alot of anger and rage , i dont thin k it ever left from childhood.. i went to into a rage tonight when my team is going to lose.. im going from anger and rage into wanting to break down and cry and die, i have my girlfriend all upset.. i dont know what to do, and i had my blood pressure up.. my girlfriends crying,... i dont know what to do..
