  Congrats on your engagement to T. Gales test all came back. He is has to take High bloodpressure pills for awhile (that's till I see what my naturals will do to him in time) and he has a vitimin D defenciency so the Dr has him on that also. The dr. said it was ok for me to try my naturals on him as long as he comes in every 2 to 3 weeks to have his blood pressure checked by his nurse. If they work for him then in time he is all for lowering or getting of drugs if possible. Hard to find Dr.s today that are willing to work with you on this...most of them boo hoo naturals and supplements but there has been so much research lately that they are finally starting to listen. Everything works better when you have a good dr, meds, supplements and diet that all works together.

  You just can't beat Cliff Lee can you? To think he was ours and we got nothing for him. What a shame. Cleveland's sports teams are a disaster and I have to watch it all happen. Year after year after year. You really have to love sports to live here and route all the time for your loosing teams.
