Close Migraine Headaches
i got my first migraine when i was around 8 years old and slowly they have increased in frequency and strength till now here i am 22 getting at least one migraine and up to two cluster headaches a day everyday
Treatments
- Aspirin Not Working
- had no effect what so ever the same as paracetamol
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- iv tried over the years to avoid foods that cause migraine and certain smells that trigger them
- Dihydrocodeine Somewhat Helpful
- its a strong pain killer and is occationaly helpful when taken in infrequent doses
- Lunesta Somewhat Helpful
- its a sleeping tablet i take when the pain gets to much for me to handle, it can cause headache so i don't like to use it very often
- Maxalt Working / Worked
Close Pregnancy
im 6 and a half months pregnant with my first child, and high risk because of the medication im on

- Iron Working / Worked
Open Anxiety
iv suffered for a few years but its got much worse since falling pregnant

i started self harming because my mother was so ill and my dad bulled, belittled and was severely verbally abusive towards me for years and needed a way to get the pain out

Type: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)im 22 and 6 months pregnant and have just told i have a personality disorder
