Why would you stop them? May I ask? If something is about them that you feel worse then I can understand stopping them. But try to understand this, it takes a good bit of time for your body to rebuild itself. the acidopholis and the enzymes do not work fast like medications do. Especially the enzymes I would keep taking. After they do work for your gut they also build in your body to help repair. That is why taking them longer is better. However there are different brands of enzymes and some will give you more results than others. Please don't get discouraged, I know you are feeling bad. I am about fed up with myself too!

Another good thing to try eating sauerkraut . I don't like eating it but I feel better the next day when I do. I also have to rinse it because the taste is too strong for me. After rinsing it I put in in a roaster with a pork roast. Remove roast when done and continue baking the sauerkraut even for up to 2 more hours. The flavor becomes more tame. You have to keep check on adding water so it doesn't dry up. If you still have trouble eating it, make some mashed potatoes and mix them. It really is good for your gut.

You will have good days, as well as bad ones. That is part of life, so do not give up. I know you are frustrated, but don't stop taking your medications without talking to your doctor first. Maybe he/she will be able to recomend something, and at the very least, will know what is going on. It is important to keep your doctor well-informed, so he/she can treat you in the right way. Hang in there. I know it is hard.xxxx
