  I have had various ones, usually from Holland and Barrett,the ones I have now are Lifeplan, from another health shop.Hope its not those that are making me constipated!!They are different to the ones I have had before.You cant win sometimes!! Hang in there. I am with you.

  Well I hope they wont,we dont know how things affect different people, all you can do is try,its possible you hve to go through this before it gets better.I'm with you though,my constipation is bad at the moment, going to have to take something tonight,just wish we could be normal!! There are people much worse than us though.

  Well even with more weight you will still look good,you certainly wont be anything liek overweight!! Dont be afraid to ask me questions, thats what we are here for. I think that its because you have just started taking them,your body will be adjusting, they can only do good,they put good bacteria into your intestines and that cant be bad,keep persevering,they do take a few weeks to get the balance right.xxx

  Thanks for all that info, its really kind of you, I will have a look at it all. I am so sorry you hve all those ailments, its really hard,I am diabetic also and hve kidney disease,having lots of problems makes everything so much harder.We have just got to support each other and keep trying!! Love and lots of hugs. xxx
