  I drink soya, it seems to suit me,hve you tried the oat milk or rice milk, they are very mild.Try to drink even more water (I know its not a nice thing to do)it might help things soften and move through quicker.I am sure more people do care, its just so hard finding something different to help. I am ok really,not happy about the brittle bones,just taking the calcium/vitD, not the fosomax.Hang in there. xxx

  Hey sorry it didn't work out this time but I think you should see it as a positive that you were willing and ready to let someone else in. Stay positive and keep your eyes open plenty more hunks in the 'pool. x
