nipped it in the bud thankfully my docs let me play with my meds cus im so sencitive. if i had to wait to go in to see them i would have been off my rocker. i was haveing so much trouble sleeping one night i finaly got to sleep sometime past 4 am and still woke up at about 8 or 9 am. i was like enough of this and downed my anti depressant just a little. it did the trick. i will have them switch me to a different anti depressant the one im on kills my sex drive anyhow. and that makes me depressed... but now im back to being tired most of the time. i really cant say whats worse.

well im glad the raceing thoughts have quieted down considerably.

also wanted to say im down to 184lbs!
