You must be celebrating two years smoke free right around now - congratulations!
Your fitness program sounds great! I'm glad you're continuing on and doing well.
Hi, there! Is it really you? Nice to see you here! I've started a members group called No Butts - I'll send you an invite. Happy yeard-and-a-half-plus smoke free, old friend!
Happy New Year, Tselani - and happy 17 months yourself!
You've been rather quiet - we are in suspense!
I'm new! Last year I tried cold turkey for smoking cessation (my very first stop smoking effort in 30 years of smoking) and lasted 2 months. I was miserable 24/7, thought of ciggys constantly. Gained 20 lbs., too, along the way. On July 1 of this year my company initiated a policy that smoking was not allowed anywhere on site. I quit smoking at work last summer, and chewed gum all day. I started Chantix on July 23, so I’m on day 5 now. So far, so good. Tselani
