      I'm 35 yrs old. I've been married for 6 years to a wonderful woman. We don't have children but we have our dogs Amos and Toby . I love riding my motorcycle when I am able. I used to operate a laser cutter for a veneer company. I am no longer able to work.

      I am 35 yrs old. I have had back pain for about 15 years. It has gotten really bad the past 4 years. I was diagnosed with herniated and bulging discs. I haven't had much relief except I had limited success with decompression therapy. After my 20 sessions I felt better for about a month. Now I am right back where I started.

      Have had allergies most of my life. Between my job, my dog, and where i live my allergies had gotten worse. Being diagnosed with sleep apnea caused some problems not being able to breath through my nose and into my mask.

      Combo of zyrtec and nasonex really have made a huge difference in my life. No more painful sores in nose. no more bleeding.

      past six years I never felt I could get enough sleep. I could sleep 16 hours and feel like i hadn't slept at all. Finally I was diagnosed about 2 months ago.

      I have had an anger problem most of my life. I would fight with my brother. I would get angry at parents and hit walls. I try to stab one of my brother's friend because he kept teasing me. all this before I turned 13. Still have anger issues. Fighting with people at work. I did knock some guy down at work. I argue alot. It causes problems with my wife.
