update on my SSD applecation.       i was denied in augest, then i sent in a reconsideration packet. after a month i called to check on it. they said they never got it and i had to talk to the director of the office. i called him every day for 32 days. he only gave me a call back one time in all. i wasnt home that day. go figure huh.

 well the 60 day period to get the request in has passed. i was told by the lawer i had to hire to reapply on the phone, then get all the papers to there office before re sending them back. i called and got an appt. for the next day at 1 pm. lucky me someone cancled or i would have had to waight for 2 weeks. as i was talking to a very nice lady about how i had called so many times. she said she believed me and would look on the persons desk and in his files for all my info. she was to call me back in the late afternoon.

i got a call from her in 15 minutes, seams the jerk had the papers on his desk all this time, never even opened them.  it was obvious i had sent them in on time with everything in order. she is personally sending them to the medical review board. i was told by her that she was sorry they shouldnt have been denied the first time. i had enough papers to get most if not all the info they needed.  she said i should know something in 4months to a year.

should i trust them to do the right thing this time or do i worrie they will screw up yet again?
