Its December 21st.  I don't know how I'm doing it but it's 4 months today since I had a cigarette.     I had a strange morning this morning  this morning.  I went out to make a pot of coffee and was  I guess almost if not asleep.  And woke up and realised I made a pot of creamer coffee.  I also ended up on the kitchen floor.  I don't remember if I fell or laid down.  My mom said I need to let my dr know
