I tried to take my own life on 23/11/08 was in hospital for awhile,then they sectioned me. am home now, i'm such a mess and still want to die

Everything is shit,my brother has tried to kill himself i'm seriously depressed i hate having hydro my hand is still killing me and am so unhappy :(

I had an operation on my hand on friday there was a cancellation so my turn on waiting list came around sooner :) my hand is all bandaged up and the pain is awful! ive got stitches to but no idea how many (get my dressing changed on wed so will c then) in my previous journals it will explain what happened to my hand, though wen they did operate they never put the metal plate in the end :( jus hope i recover well
