I hope you have a good day. I know I won't until these stones go away. Im glad I can indentify with someone on here, because no one in my family has ever passed chronic stones as I have. My brother passed ONE at 12 years old. That's it. No one knows how I feel... and this stent is killing me...... I go for Litho on July 18th, why didnt it work for you?!?! Im scared now.

Close Kidney Stones
My first kidney stone was about 3 years ago. Since then I have had 2 lots of shock waves and 7 operations to get rid of numerous stones. I tend to get a new one every 6 - 10 months.I get kidney infections about every 3 months so am forever taking antibiotics.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Not Working
- I was told after last operation to aviod certain foods such as stawberries, broccoli, spinach.
- Surgery Working / Worked
- Surgery has worked to get rid of the stones. Although they keep coming back.
