Great job on your progress so far!! I am actually going to school to become a dietitian and one of my instructors who is a Registered Dietitian said that Weight Watchers is the best diet out there because you are not robbing yourself of any nutrients like you would with a no-carb type diet.
Don't know what you are doing to lose what you have lost this far, just wanted to give you that info:) Sounds like whatever you are doing is working wonders though!
Keep in mind that while on certain medications it can be very difficult to lose weight and some may actually make you gain.
