      Smoked over 30 years, I have COPD. Doctors orders I had to quit. Been quit Since May 25th 2007.

      Treatments

      Cold Turkey Working / Worked
      Had to quit coffee for several days, drank coke for breakfast, just changed some habits, and routines that triggered smoking.
