Well, it's been the new year for a month and I'm not making any resolutions, so I guess I kicked this goal's butt :)

Close Infidelity
I found out almost three years ago that my husband cheated on me. Damn adultfriendfinder.com! I recently found out he had a second affair for a whole year with his "friend" (a woman) She was well aware he was married. What are they thinking?!
Treatments

- It helps to be able to talk to someone.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- I told my parents shortly after I found out about the second affair. I was scared they'd be hurt for me, but I really needed the support. I was so crushed.
- Celexa Working / Worked
- I'm crying less and not so sad. I feel tired, but I think I just need to not stay up so late so I can get up early :)
Close Anxiety
I worry a lot about anything and I have a problem with anxiety in social situations.
Open Stress Management
I stress too much and I know I shouldn't let things get to me like I do. I also just worry and think kind of negatively. I'm trying to exercise and get enough sleep to help but some days I do better on that then others :-)

Open Depression
I think I have more of an anxiety problem than depression, but the anxiety seems to drag me down into depression sometimes. I have a lot of mood swings.

Open Pre-menstrual Syndrome (PMS)

- Yes, it works but so does generic Ibuprofen. So, I'd recommend just taking a few Ibuprofen for cramps and bloating instead.
- Oral Contraceptives Somewhat Helpful
- I started on them for the intended purpose, but I'm also on them to help acne and help ease menstrual pain. I think it helps the menstrual pain a little. I probably wouldn't take it just for that though.
Open Breakups & Divorce
My husband doesn't really seem to know what faithfulness is. We're in the process of getting divorced.

- I had some anxiety problems beforehand, but I think antidepressants can help with infidelity and the depressing experience of a broken relationship with someone who is walking all over you.
- Pets Working / Worked
- Much better companion than my stbx.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- It is good to not feel so alone and to have someone to talk to to help me get through this.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- My parents are there for me and I know I can even move in with them if I need to.
- Support Groups Too Soon to Tell
- I was thinking of joining a divorce support group if it comes to that and I really don't see myself wanting him back so... I have a feeling I will be joining this group someday and will let you know how it goes and if it helps.
